In the orginal Japanese footage the Victory Robo (Lightspeed Megazord) looses it's right arm in the fight. When this footage was used in Power Rangers they replaced the finisher footage that only had the one arm with the normal two armed version from a previous episode. They also digitally re-attached the arm for the final shot at the end.

This is a common change that happens during the translation of an episode. A punch to the head in the Japanese footage was changed and refilmed in the USA to a punch in the chest.
